PrEAMBLE
As part of the order and/or use by the User of services, services or Documents from RANDO AQUA REUNION and via the Site, the User, after his consent has been obtained for this purpose, and in the compliance with the stipulations below, sees his personal data being collected by RANDO AQUA REUNION.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The personal data collected is as follows: (i) the information provided by the User by completing the forms relating to the creation of his account and/or relating to his orders and/or relating to his identification, or by communicating with RANDO AQUA REUNION (by any means of communication or online communication, or by answering questionnaires or satisfaction surveys) (ii) which concerns in particular the name, gender, date and place of birth of the User, as well as the User's contact details such as their postal address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, electronic signature, national identity card data (iii) as well as, in particular, information relating to the contractual and commercial relationship between the User and RANDO AQUA REUNION (including details of the products, services and/or Documents ordered by the User) (iv) and banking information (bank details, card numbers) and transactional of the User (v) as well as the data collected thanks to the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site (in particular IP addresses) and in the electronic messages allowing to recognize the User, to remember his preferences and, if necessary, to present him with content likely to interest him.
This personal data can only be communicated to RANDO AQUA REUNION by the Users concerned by the said personal data and each User is prohibited from communicating personal data of another person and/or personal data which do not concern him.
LEGAL INFORMATION FOR THE USER
The purpose of these presents is in particular to provide the User with the required legal information, which information is as follows (the said information also being notified to the User before his personal data is collected, and this separately from any other information, in accordance with the provisions in force):
(a) Identity and contact details of the person responsible for the processing of personal data (hereinafter the "processing")
The identity and contact details of the person responsible for processing personal data are as follows: RANDO AQUA REUNION, registered in the trade and companies register of Saint Denis La Réunion under number 890 422 611 and whose head office is located at 14 chemin Ilet Danclas, 97470 SAINT BENOIT.

(c) Purposes of processing
The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended are as follows: (i) identification of the persons ordering and/or using Documents via the Site and/or services or services accessible via the Site (ii) carrying out and/or delivery by RANDO AQUA REUNION of the Documents and/or services used and/or ordered by the User (iii) administration of the services and/or Documents ordered and/or used by the User (iv) prospecting and/or sending information to Users.
(d) Legal basis for processing
The legal basis of the processing is as follows: (i) the processing is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship that the User wishes to establish with RANDO AQUA REUNION by ordering it and/or by using services and/or benefits and/ or Documents, said personal data being necessary for the performance of the services and/or services ordered by the User (ii) the processing is also necessary to protect the legitimate interests of RANDO AQUA REUNION by allowing it to keep proof transactions with the User and/or, where applicable, proceed to collection (iii) the processing is based on the consent of the User wishing to order and/or use Documents and/or services and/or services via the Site (iv) the processing being administered in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and other legal provisions in force (hereinafter the " Current regulations ").
(e) Recipients of personal data
The recipients of personal data are: the personnel of RANDO AQUA REUNION in charge of the production and/or administration of the services and/or Documents ordered and/or used by the User, the production and/or delivery by RANDO AQUA REUNION of the Documents and/or services and/or services ordered and/or used by the User and, where applicable, the subcontractor providers of RANDO AQUA REUNION participating in the performance of these missions and being required to intervene at this title on the processing (only when necessary), it being then specified that in such a case this is carried out in compliance with the Regulations in force applicable to subcontractors.
(f) Transfer of personal data
The User is informed that the data controller may, if necessary, transfer his personal data to a third country or to an international organization subject to an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission. it being specified that, in the presence of a transfer to a country or an international organization that is not the subject of an adequacy decision, then this can only be carried out on the condition that the appropriate guarantees are put in place and that the Users concerned have enforceable rights and effective remedies, under the conditions of the Regulations in force.
(g) Duration of retention of personal data:
The retention period for personal data is as follows: personal data being necessary for the performance, administration and/or delivery of services and/or orders made via the Site, the User's personal data is retained ( i) as long as the User is likely to be able to place orders, i.e. as long as the User has not expressed his intention to no longer be a client of RANDO AQUA REUNION or to no longer see his personal data, and this via a request made by him addressed to the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. (in accordance with the stipulations below) (ii) within the limit, however, of a duration of 36 (thirty-six ) months from the last order for services and/or Documents made by the User via the Site, date at the end of which the personal data are no longer stored.
(h) User rights that can be exercised with the controller (as identified above)
The present also aims to inform the User of the existence of his right to ask the controller (as identified above):
- access to his personal data as well as any information available as to their source;
- the rectification or erasure of these;
- a limitation of the processing of his personal data
- the opposition of the User to the processing of his personal data;
- the opposition of the User at any time to the processing of his personal data for prospecting purposes, including profiling;
- the portability of his personal data under the conditions of the Regulations in force which provide in particular that the persons concerned by the processing of personal data have the right to receive the personal data concerning them that they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit this data to another controller without the controller to whom the personal data has been communicated obstructing it, when: (i) the processing is based on consent pursuant to the Regulations in Force, or on a contract pursuant to the Regulations in force and (ii) when the processing is carried out using automated processes, it being specified that when the data subject exercises his right to the portability of his personal data, he has the right to obtain that his personal data is transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically possible.
- The withdrawal by the User, at any time, of his consent to the processing of his personal data (without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal);

As necessary, it is stipulated that the exercise by a User of his right to the erasure of his personal data and/or the exercise of his right to oppose the processing of his personal data personal data and/or the exercise of his right to limit the processing of his personal data and/or his right to withdraw his consent at any time to the processing of his personal data (in accordance with the aforementioned stipulations) leads to not to make it possible to deliver the services and/or Documents ordered and/or used by the User and, more generally, not to make it possible to perform the services ordered and/or used, so that, in such cases (i ) as of the exercise by the User of the said rights, the latter will no longer be able to access the services and services delivered by RANDO AQUA REUNION via the Site (ii) if these rights are exercised at the time of the order for services or services or Documents, then the said order cannot be carried out by the User (iii) and, if the User is the holder of a subscription contract, the account of the latter recipient of his personal data will be deleted.

(j) Information on the contractual nature of the provision of personal data
As part of providing the User with information on whether the requirement to provide personal data is of a regulatory or contractual nature or whether it conditions the conclusion of a contract and whether the data subject is bound to provide personal data, as well as on the possible consequences of non-provision of this data, the following information is brought to the User's attention: (i) the request for the provision of personal data has a contractual nature (as part of the relationship that the User wishes to establish with RANDO AQUA REUNION by placing an order for services or services or Documents and/or by using the said services) (ii) the supply of these data, insofar as it is necessary for the performance of the services and/or services ordered conditions the conclusion of this contractual relationship (iii) as such the User is required to e communicate his personal data if he wishes to order and/or use services and/or services and/or Documents from RANDO AQUA REUNION and via the Site (iv) the non-provision of this personal data does not allow to order services and/or services and/or Documents from RANDO AQUA REUNION.
(k) Automated Decision Making
It is indicated that, by means of the personal data collected, there is no automated decision-making within the meaning of the Regulations in force.
(l) Possible further processing of personal data
In the event that further processing of personal data is carried out for purposes other than those for which the personal data was collected and as identified above, the controller (identified above) will provide the data subject in advance with information about this other purpose and any other relevant legal information required.
AGE OF THE PERSON WHO CAN PROVIDE HIS PERSONAL DATA
The collection of personal data can only concern people aged at least 15, and the personal data being, as indicated above, necessary for the performance and administration of the services, services or Documents ordered or requested via the Site, persons under the age of 15 (fifteen) can only give their consent to the collection of their personal data (and consequently access the services and services deployed via the Site) on the condition of being authorized by the holder of the parental responsibility concerning them so that, by requesting the services and/or services accessible via the Site and/or by communicating personal data to RANDO AQUA REUNION, Users declare and guarantee to RANDO AQUA REUNION that they are ( i) either at least 15 years old (ii) or they are authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for them. This stipulation is without prejudice to the User's commitment to RANDO AQUA REUNION according to which he declares and guarantees to RANDO AQUA REUNION that he has the legal and legal capacity to use the services and/or services of RANDO AQUA REUNION delivered via the Site and, where applicable, to pay for said services and/or services.
